• Create a working environment in which accidents will not occur, and where employees, sub-contractors and the public will not be exposed to safety or health hazards
• Provide and maintaining safe and healthy working conditions, equipment, and systems, along with the necessary information, instruction, and training
• Take preventative and protective measures, and identifying work and related hazards in advance

Senior management takes full responsibility for providing the necessary resources to ensure HSE objectives are achieved. All employees and sub-contractors of ECE must acknowledge their responsibility for making HSE objectives the top priority in all aspects of their work.
